Walk

After walking from Philadelphia to the Pacific Ocean in pursuit of “listening” and asking people what they’d tell their 23-year-old selves, Andrew Forsthoefel concludes that he’d give himself this advice:

1. You know exactly what to do,

2. There’s no need to be afraid, and

3. Keep walking.
